Ice Dawgs weekend Hockey results: Bantams won over Grand Forks Raiders 7-0; won over Park River 6-1; and won over Fargo Freeze Grey 5-3. Jr. Gold won over Langdon 6-1; won over Grand Rapids 15-3; and won over Grand Forks Stallions 3-1. With their wins this weekend, both teams secured the number one seed in their State Tournaments. Great Job!!!

Eleven members of the MPCG Speech Team competed at the Northern Cass Speech Meet last Saturday. Out of 19 schools, MPCG took 2nd overall in sweepstakes points. Individual event results are as follows: Lucas Peterson – Top Novice in Humorous; Kyra Mortenson – 5th Place Inform; Constance de Trogoff – 8th in Serious Duo; Alyssa Peterson – 8th in Serious Duo; Colvin Abler – 4th in EPR, 4th in Serious Duo; Cailee Peterson – 2nd in Serious Duo; Morgan Palmer – 4th in Serious Duo, 2nd in Humorous; Kailer Riedman – 2nd in Serious, 2nd in Serious Duo, 1st in Radio, 1st in Dramatic, Double State-Qualifying. Great job, everyone!
