Sanford Health Center is hosting a SCRUBS Camp Monday, January 15th, from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM at Sanford in Mayville. Students in grades 8-11 are invited to attend. The camp exposes students to careers in the health field. If interested, pick up an application from Mrs. Hanson. Applications are due by December 15th & it is limited to 25 students.

There will be auditions for the MSU Theatre Spring play, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” Tuesday and Wednesday, December 5 and 6 at 6:30 each night in the MSU Old Main Theatre (Main 209). Please e-mail robert.sylskar if you would like to audition for this show or even if you just want to help. If you can’t make either audition time, but still want to be part of the production, please let me know that as well. No preparation is necessary. Just show up and read. Jr High Girls Basketball Pictures will be taken next Monday at 4:00 at PBJ.

The Food Drive will be starting on MONDAY. The high school goal and prizes are on the student council board outside of the bathrooms in the commons. EVERY STUDENT MUST bring 10 items IF you want to participate in the final prize!!! Freshmen bring items to Mrs. Strand, Sophomores bring items to Mrs. Hanson, Juniors bring items to Mr. Hanson, and Seniors bring items to Mrs. Torgeson. DO NOT just drop your items off, make sure the teacher sees your items so they can mark off so you can get counted in for the final prize.

The High School (9th-12th grade) Volleyball Teams’ end of the year Ice Cream Social will be next Monday, November 20th, at 7:00 pm at the high school.

It’s time to JAM again!!! We will have Turkey Olympics this Sunday, Nov 19th from 12:30-2:30pm at Mayville Lutheran Church. All 6-12th graders welcome!!
