Any students participating in soccer, please ride Bus 16 to the hockey arena.

SENIORS: We need 2 volunteers to sell Dollars for Scholars 50/50 tickets for the home volleyball game this Thursday. Please sign up in the office!

The One Act Play will have another read-through at 6:55 on Thursday morning.

The High School Student Council will meet at 8:00 tomorrow morning in the auditorium.

The Traill County Tribune will be here at 8:30 tomorrow morning to take pictures for the paper of the Homecoming Court and Honor Escorts.

National Honor Society will hold an induction practice for all NHS members, new and old, on Thursday during Patriot Pride Time in the auditorium.

Today is TAG TUESDAY!  FCCLA Officers will be tagging YOU for being a potential leader.  All members will receive a treat on their locker this week.   Membership forms are in the FACS Room and dues are $30.  This includes costs for the whole year!!!  Please sign up today!

Scholarships: Better Business Bureau's Student of Integrity Scholarship:  Offering Student of Integrity Scholarships for Minnesota and North Dakota high school students beginning their senior year. These scholarships are designed to recognize and promote ethics and integrity among young people, and will be awarded to students who demonstrate high character in their personal choices and actions. There are three scholarships available - two for $2,500 and one for $1,500.  Students are asked to write an essay that gives a personal example of how they were challenged or struggled through a difficult situation and how they overcame the situation by the application of integrity and personal ethics. This must be accompanied by the scholarship entry form, one letter of recommendation, a copy of their high school transcript, a list of extracurricular activities and any post-secondary education plans. All entries must be received by Thursday, September 20, by 4:30pm.  Application: thefirstbbb.org/scholarship

Dacotah Chapter, Daughters of American Revolution, Good Citizens Scholarship:   Each High School may choose one senior student as the DAR Good Citizen. That student then has the opportunity to enter the Good Citizen Scholarship contest. The chosen Good Citizen student will have two hours to write an essay on a selected topic.  Deadline: Dec. 3.  The winner of the Dacotah Chapter scholarship is then entered in the North Dakota State DAR contest. The Chapter award is $300 and the state award is $250.

Jazz Band and Drumline will meet tomorrow morning.  Jazz Band meets at 7:30 and Drumline meets at 8:00.
