Community services opportunity: The Booster Club is looking for help for the Chili Feed on December 20th.   We need some help from 4:00 until 8:00 or when done. Please see Mrs. Strand to sign up for a time!

Seniors: Community Service hours for January will be due on January 3rd, the first day back from Christmas break.

Sanford Health Hillsboro is looking for part-time Food Service Assistants.  If interested in applying, please see the bulletin board next to Mrs. Strand’s room for more information!

LUNCH CHANGE: 4th period 9th grade Science will eat First Lunch today.

This Friday, FCA will be hosting a sledding event with hot chocolate!  This is open to grades 6-12.  Sledding will be at the Sledding Bowl/Hill in Mayville, with hot chocolate being served at the Rexine’s.  For more info, look to the FCA board in the High School entry way.

A hearty congratulations to all the MPCG middle school/high school students for participating in the Random Acts of Christmas Kindness!  If you were a recipient of the act, you know how good that feels to be thought of. It’s time to JAM again!! We will celebrate post-holiday season by going on a bus trip to Red Ray Lanes in GF for an evening of Cosmic Bowling!!  Plan to attend on Saturday, Jan 5th from 9:30-11:30pm.  We will leave from Mayville Lutheran Church at 7:30pm and return by 1am.    You must sign up to reserve a spot!!  Deadline is Jan 3rd, which is the first day back from holiday break, so don’t leave til the last min…. sign up early!!  Cost is $5.  There is a limited concession available at the bowling alley, so bring extra money if you want.  TEXT Tami at 218-686-5479 to sign up and for any questions

FCCLA will be having a Christmas gathering in Mrs. Capouch’s room on Wednesday during Common Time.

Jazz Band will be playing Christmas Carols Thursday morning before school!

Congratulations to the Boys Basketball Teams and the Boys Hockey Team on their victories last night!  Also congrats to our Jr High wrestlers – Bryce Moch went 2-1 for his matches and Hank LeClair went 3-0. Way to go Patriots!
