SCHOLARSHIPS Nodak Electric Cooperative is offering an all-expenses paid trip for one sophomore or junior (parents must be served by Nodak Electric Cooperative) from within its service territory to Washington DC June 9-15, 2018 to take part in the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour. 5th & 6th Grade Boys Basketball Teams will play in Hatton today starting at 4:00. Tomorrow the 6th Grade Team will play in the Central Valley Jamboree. Also tomorrow, the Cross Country Team will leave at 10:15 to compete at State in Valley City, and the Football Team will leave at 10:00 to play in the quarterfinals in Wyndmere at 2:00. Let’s all come out and support the Patriots!

Congratulations to Ahna Mehus and Anna Strand for receiving All Region Honors at the Regional Meet in Cooperstown on Saturday. Congratulations to the Girls Cross Country Team for their 3rd place finish out of 27 teams at the Region Meet! Congratulations also to the Patriot Football Team for a nice team win over Nelson County on Saturday with a score of 38-8. They will play in the quarter finals this Saturday at 2:00 in Wyndmere.

The ND Jump$tart Coalition encourages all high school seniors to submit their 1-2 minute You Tube video for a chance to win $1,000 to the college of their choice. The students would create a one-two minute YouTube video of "how to" use Money SenSe. They could select from one of three topics: "Money Mistakes Young People Make", or "Needs vs Wants, What’s the Difference" or "Why are Budgets Beneficial?" All applicants have to be a ND high school senior student who will be attending college in the Fall of 2016.
