Patriot L.E.A.D. Training will run June 5th thru July 28th, for students entering grades 7-12, here at the high school. The daily focus will be on physical training and leadership qualities! See Mr. Bradner if you have questions.

Prairie Fire Theatre will take place June 26th thru July 1st in Old Main Theatre on the Mayville State University Campus. Auditions are open to ages 7-17 and will take place at 1:00 on the 26th. Cost is $25 per child with a $45 immediate family max. Call Teresa Agnes at 430-6072 with questions.

Graduation rehearsal will be at 12:00 TODAY in the gym. All Seniors must be there, as well as Honor Escorts, Abby and Shelby.

Students: Make sure you clean out your PE locker in the locker room by the end of TODAY. Anything that is left, will be sent to the Thrift store. Same goes for items behind the trophy case in the commons.

The Quilt Winners for the FACS I and II Classes are: 1st Hour FACS – Maddy Beck, 2nd Hour FACS – Sophia Winsand, 1st semester FACS 2 – Natalie Zupan. These quilts were made by their classmates. Enjoy!

There are summer camp brochures for football, volleyball and basketball, as well as LEAD, on the shelf outside the office.

Students may still sign up for volleyball camp for this summer. The May 19th deadline was just to guarantee a t-shirt size.

Students who have either prescription or non-prescription medications in the nurse’s office: if they are not picked up they will be destroyed.

McKade, a 2013 MPCGHS grad, wrote, directed and edited the film, and it features Kailer Riedman in the lead role. A free-will offering will be taken to go toward production expenses.

All 6th – 11th graders interested in attending the MPCG Football Team Camp this summer please pick up and fill out a registration form in front of the office and have those turned in by the end of school. Also, the Football Team is looking for people interested in taking stats or running the video camera next fall. If you are interested please to talk to Mr. Sola.

The Baseball Team will start their Region Tournament tomorrow. They are scheduled to play Larimore at 1:00, all games will be played at Scott Berry Field.

The Region II Track Meet will be held in Larimore today starting at 3:00. Throwers and Vaulters are excused at 12:15; all other participants are excused at 1:00. Meet officials want everyone to know that pets will not be allowed on the premises during the meet. Let’s all come out and support the Patriots!

McKade, a 2013 MPCGHS grad, wrote, directed and edited the film, and it features Kailer Riedman in the lead role. It was filmed in Portland, the Badlands and Montana. It won awards at Minnesota State University, Moorhead for Best Production Design, Best Cinematography and Best in Show! We’re proud of you, McKade!

Volleyball Girls: The forms for this summer’s Volleyball Camps are available now. Girls in grades 6 – 8 can get a form from their homeroom teachers. Girls in grades 9-11 can pick up a blue form in front of the office. The deadline to sign up for camp is May 19th.

There will be an introductory FBLA meeting at common timein the middle school commons next Tuesday for the 7th graders, and on Wednesday for the 8th graders.

All 6th – 11th graders interested in attending the MPCG Football Team Camp this summer please pick up and fill out a registration form in front of the office and have those turned in by the end of school. Also, the Football Team is looking for people interested in taking stats or running the video camera next fall. If you are interested please to talk to Mr. Sola.

Today the Boys Golf Team competes in Carrington, and the Baseball Team is excused at 12:00 to play in the Casselton Jamboree starting at 2:15. Tomorrow the Softball Team hosts the MPCCG Crossover, and the Baseball Team continues play at Casselton. Let’s all come out and support the Patriots!

SCHOLARSHIPS Abbott and Fenner Scholarship: available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post-secondary institution.
