Mayville State University’s Comet Athletic Club is hosting their annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 24, 2018! Teams from 3rd grade through high school are welcome. The cost is $100 per team consisting of a maximum five players. Free shirts are given to all participants. Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each division. Games will start at 8:30 AM and all will be played on the MSU campus. Teams should register at least 30 minutes prior to the start of their first scheduled game. The MPCG Speech Team competed at the Carrington Meet last Saturday, against 19 other schools. Individual results are as follows: Malena Twedt– 7th in Storytelling; Lucy Lindaas – 7th in EPR; Lily Moch– 9th in Humorous Duo, 4th in Dramatic; Kyra Mortenson – 9th in Humorous Duo, 5th in Inform; Ava Nelson – 7th in Radio, 7th in Humorous.
