PROM UPDATE:
Good morning, Patriots!
We have been waiting a very long time to make this decision, as we wanted to wait and gather all of the information we could and really consider the implications of the decision.
This morning Administration met with the MPCG School Board and a decision regarding prom has been made.
Due to the social distancing guidelines, the fact that our campus is closed to student activities, and all activities for the school year have been cancelled; we will be CANCELLING PROM as we know it for the 2019-2020 school year.
We know this comes as a big disappointment to so many of you, and for that we apologize.
We are not willing to postpone it until the summer, as we have talked to medical professionals in our county and it does not look like social distancing guidelines will be lifted anytime soon to support a large-group prom.
With that being said, we will be hosting a
VIRTUAL PROM/GRAND MARCH on Thursday, May 21 at 7:00pm.
Details will FOLLOW this WEEK about what this will look like.
