Happy Retirement Mrs. Peterson!

Mrs. Peterson is originally from Crystal, ND. She graduated from high school in 1972. She then attended Mayville State College and graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor Degree in Education. She received her Master of Arts Degree in 1996 from the University of St. Thomas.

Her first year of teaching was at McVille Elementary in McVille, ND. She taught departmentalized curriculum to grades four through six.  Her second year of teaching started at PBJ Elementary where she has remained for the rest of her career. She started at PBJ as a kindergarten aide. The next three years she followed that class as a first,second, and third grade teacher. She has remained as a third grade teacher through the rest of her career at PBJ Elementary.

Her and her husband ,Bob, have two adult sons and two adult daughters. They have  eleven grandchildren. In her free time, she likes to read, walk, spend time at the lake, cook, and spend time with her grandchildren.
