Coronation will take place in the auditorium on Monday at 2:30pm. Students involved should plan for formal attire on Monday, and Patriot Gear for halftime of the Homecoming Football game introduction. 

Today is International Literacy Day! As of 2020, there are still 771 million adults aged 15 and above who lack basic literacy skills, two-thirds of them women. The United Nations’ slogan for this year is Transforming Literacy Learning Spaces.  Make every space a learning space today and every day!

Jazz Band will meet today during Patriot Pride Time. Middle school students should get a pass from Mr. Marquardt today. 

FCA will have its fall kickoff meeting this Sunday, August 11 at 4:00 pm.  FCA is open to any 7-12th graders who are involved in any type of extra-curricular activity at MPCG/FS.  Please meet at the MPCG high school at 4:00 where we will play dodge ball until almost 5.  At 5 we will go to Riverside Church for a devotional on leadership, followed by supper at 6 at the church.  Come and check out what FCA is all about.  If you have any questions contact Coach Dockter at 701-212-8288.

FFA is an organization where you learn skills like farm management, crop adjusting, and taking care of wildlife. You get life experience and make lots of friends! FCCLA MEMBERSHIP BLITZ is happening this week.  Paid memberships get a treat in their locker.  Join this project based organization and be  INCREDIBLE!!!!

There will be a Close Up meeting for any Sophomores or Juniors that are interested in attending the trip in the Spring of 2024. The meeting will take place on September 15th at 7 PM in the auditorium. If you have any questions, talk to Mr. Kunkel.

The 6th Grade Grandparents Day celebration is this Friday, September 9!  Please leave the second row of parking open outside of the high school so that our grandparents can park closer to the building.  Thanks for your support and help with this celebration.
