The Jazz Band performed at the Myra Jazz Festival in Grand Forks today! They were able to hear other student bands as well as the professionals play with the Myra Jazz Band.

This weekend boys wrestling went to Lisbon. Logan Nielson placed 4th out of 21 wrestlers, Maddix moch placed 8th out of 24 wrestlers, and Brogen Erickson placed 8th out of 16 wrestlers. Way to go patriots! Girls wrestling went to west Fargo, Evie Satrom got 2nd out of 6 wrestlers ,and Kaylee Mueller placed 1st out of 6 wrestlers. Way to go patriots!

The GST Multidistrict Special Education Unit is looking for a passionate and dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based speech-language services to PK-12 students at May-Port CG, one of our member schools districts. May-Port CG, located in Mayville, ND, is a short driving distance between both Grand Forks, and Fargo, making it an ideal work location for those who enjoy a small-town atmosphere but also want easy access to the amenities a larger community provides.
Responsibilities:
• Developing individualized education plans based on assessment results
• Providing direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
• Monitoring progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication skills across education settings
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the development of goals and objectives for students with communication disorders
• Completing Medicaid billing for eligible students
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
