This weekend the MPCG Speech Team attended the Hillsboro Invitational, where they competed against students from Class A and Class B schools. Congrats to Maddie Amb, who won 8th place in Serious Prose!
Math 8 heard from Luke Bodley, in Denver CO, on how he uses math in his Marketing career.





Congratulations to MPCG senior Rylee Satrom on being selected to the NDAPSSA Division B Girls Basketball All-State First Team!! Rylee was also a Miss Basketball finalist. Congrats Rylee!! 🏀

Today was 2nd and 3rd grades opportunity to enjoy the "Hansel and Gretel" play at MSU.






The community outreach theme for March is FARMERS! Students at PBJ learned about farming. Special thanks to Stacy Artz, SRS, Peter Bakkum and Jean Neset!




In our last day in Washington D.C. our Close Up students visited Arlington National Cemetery, the White House, Washington Monument, and the Holocaust Museum.










MPCG’s Jacob McClenahen is with Mr. Marquardt and Miss Ellis in Bismarck for the All-State Music Festival and NDMEA Conference! Jacob auditioned with students from around the state in both Class A and B schools and was selected to perform Bass with the All-State Mixed Chorus under Dr. Bridget Sweet from the University of Illinois. He will attend seminars with world class directors and hear performances from various groups, as well as perform with the best musicians from across the state. The rehearsal schedule is intense and ends with concerts on Saturday at 1:00 and 3:30. Congratulations, Jacob!

PBJ 1st grade students enjoyed the production of "Hansel and Gretel" at the MSU theater today!

Thursday, March 21 is World Down Syndrome Day! Wear your craziest socks to school in support of our friends at PBJ! ❤️😊

Today is Capitol Hill day on the Close Up trip. Our students started with a tour of the Capitol building, visited the Library of Congress, and went to the newly renovated Air and Space Smithsonian museum. We were then able to meet with Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer!
Our students will finish the day with a Washington Capitals game and Kennedy Center visit.










Day 2 of the Close Up trip in Washington D.C. experienced the Korean and Vietnam memorials, Lincoln memorial, WWII memorial, and Air Force memorial. Our students will end the day by participating in a Mock Congress
with students across the country.
You will also notice that our students were able to experience the Cherry Blossoms in peak bloom this year!

The kids at Peter Boe Jr Elementary kicked off this year's Heart Challenge! We learned about steps we can take to keep our hearts healthy. Please join us and the American Heart Association by taking part in Finn's Mission. Once missions are completed kids can earn Finn's Lifesavers Awards and have a chance to win two tickets to the 2025 SuperBowl!
