Time to celebrate! Our school just got a big boost of help from @caseys and its Cash for Classrooms grant program. We will receive $15,000 to update and upgrade our business education classroom with new computer tables and chairs. Wow!!


The Juniors had a busy day at the Capitol today!








Congratulations to Camden and Jacob for performing with the All State Mixed Choir today! It was a great 3 days in Bismarck meeting top music students from ND, working with world class directors, hearing amazing student groups and professional musicians, and listening to great speakers!



Today May-Port CG held its annual Speech Meet! We hosted around 150 students from 15 different schools and the meet resulted in over 20 state qualifications for various students. Only 3 more weeks until regionals!

The Senior Class had the opportunity to visit the State Capital & Heritage Museum in Bismarck today!
Accompanied by Mr. Kunkel & Mr. Enget, the kids were able to tour both buildings, explore North Dakota’s rich history, interact within committees, observe both Senate & House legislative sessions, meet our district’s representatives & watch the lawmaking process of our democracy!
Piper Lindaas, Anabelle Barker, Carissa Mueller, Jacob Berg, Emma Dockter & Sophia Johnson got to sit with members of both houses during session!
The kids were dressed to a T & we’d like to thank the capital tour guide Marsha Lembke, District 20 Senator Randy Lemm and Representatives Jared Hagert and Mike Beltz for having us!

Calling all Kinder Kids for 2025-26


Today, Ernest Strube and Miriam Carignan of Goose River Bank spoke with the Senior Economics Class. They covered the topics of financial literacy, saving, and investing. Offering a professional and local perspective, the seniors gained great insight into financial strategy, basic money management, and an understanding of the money flow in our economy!
Mr. Enget & the Senior Class would like to thank Ernest & Miriam for taking the time to speak & challenge our financial understanding! Great 21st Century skills were obtained!



Congratulations to all of the music students who performed at Mayville State yesterday!
MPCG had 43 entries and 24 of them received a STAR rating and will be going to state with 23 students. MPCG also received 3 Outstanding Performances in a vocal solo with Hannah Ostlie, a vocal trio with Emily Norstebon, Evelyn Koshney, and Hannah Ostlie, and a saxophone trio ensemble with Jacob McClenahen, Parker Strand, Danica Freeberg, Piper Lindaas, Anabelle Barker, and Aaden Aarsvold.
