4th grade went to Bonanzaville today! We saw our North Dakota studies come to life.

At the Goose River Shootout varsity meet, Kain Soholt placed 5th shooting a 77 and Broden Huard placed 7th shooting a 78! At the home JV meet, Caden Strube placed 6th in the morning session shooting a 44 and Corbin Schreiner placed 8th in the afternoon session shooting a 42! Congrats!!

Congrats to Hannah Ostlie, Danica Freeberg, Camden Ree, and Lawrence Smith for making it into the UND honor band/choir. They joined other students last weekend for rehearsals and a performance at the Chester Fritz.

4th grade had an exciting visit with Seth Owens from Pheasants Forever North Dakota! He taught the students about habitats, birds, migration and pollinators. The students participated in a bird migration balloon relay, to model the long journey birds take each year! Seth used this activity to explain why habitats are so crucial. Each student made and received their own pollination kit with native wildflower seeds to take home! Thank you Seth for a fun and interactive afternoon!

🏐 Congratulations to MPCG seniors Hudson Zerface & Kiaza Carlson on their selection to play in the NDHSCA Optimist Volleyball All-Star matches! The matches will be played June 15 @ West Fargo Sheyenne & June 16 @ Bismarck Century. 🏐

Junior Bank Board finished their trip by touring and learning about the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. They learned about monetary policy and saw the daily operations within the bank!

The anatomy and physiology students toured the medical school at UND today and had a campus tour as well.

22 Seniors participated in Junior Bank Board this School Year. First State Bank led financial literacy lessons for these seniors throughout the school year. Seniors met specific requirements and earned their senior trip to Minneapolis. A big thank you goes out to First State Bank for providing the Twins tickets and arranging a tour of the Federal Reserve tomorrow morning.
